The Key to Happiness

Spending time with family is most important because they are the ones who are always going to be there for you. Family will always love you unconditionally no matter how many times you mess up. They are tho ones who will help you get back on your feet when you feel you are at your lowest. These past few weeks I've been trying to get closer to them because I don't want to miss out on anything. I love my family because we are more like best friends.
Love yourself, its one of the best things you can do. Your happiness should always be your priority (I'm not saying be selfish) but love yourself enough to know when to put yourself first. Be proud of the person you are and don't put yourself down. Nobody's  perfect and don't try to be because being perfect is boring. You should never care what people have to say about you, because that just shows how insecure they are.
You shouldn't judge people just because of they way they dress, there actions, and especially there looks. I really dislike people who are judgmental, I don't get why they feel the need to comment on other peoples lifestyle. We shouldn't judge each other because we aren't perfect ourselves. Stop worrying worrying about what everyone else is doing and worry about yourself. Work on being a better person.
"Life is too short to be anything but happy" -Unknown. Love is important because we all need someone to be there for us through the good and the bad. Find someone who makes you happy and someone who will swipes you off your feet. Don't settle for anything less than what you deserve. Find someone who is willing to make you happy and wont give up on you. We all deserve that somebody.

Follow your dreams

What do you want to do for the rest of your life?"
A question we all get ask growing up,and a lot of us still
don't know the answer .In order to get to where you want to be you have to be
willing to take risk and then work your way to the
top. Once you've made it, you will be so proud of yourself knowing that you
worked so hard for it. Nothing comes easy and that's what
makes it worth it. If you ever get discouraged just think about how far
you have come. If  you want to be happy the rest of your life follow your dreams, it will be
worth it I promise.

5 Picture Essay

We all have our own definition of success and this is mine(:
Family: I'd be lost without them.
I'm luck enough to have three wonder women in my life whom I can trust: my mom, older sister, and younger sister. I don't know where I would be without them. They keep me sane and have so much faith in me, I love it. They encourage me to be the best i can be, thats why I want to to graduate from college and make them proud. I couldn't ask for anyone better.
Friendship: I've learned who my true friends really are.
My best friend Annette (more like sister) is more than I could ever ask for. I can tell her anything in the world and she won't judge me. She's my rock, I know I can count on her for anything. We've been friends for about four years now and we've become so close. College has made us closer than ever before. I'm so thankful for her because she always give me great advice. We can talk for hours and never get bored. I love her (:
Graduation: "you have made me the happiest dad in the world"
Those were the words I have been waiting for my whole life. When my dad sent this text, I cried because growing up my dad would always talk about watching his little girl walking on stage to get her diploma. He would say, "you would make me the proudest/ happiest dad in the world." And that's exactly what I did.
Self-esteem: Learning to be comfortable in my own skin.
I may not be the prettiest girl out there, and I'm okay with that. Over the years I've learned that it doesn't matter how pretty or ugly you are, it's about how you see yourself and present yourself. Don't judge others by the way they loom because appearances can be deceiving. Even though I didn't care what people thought about me, when i was told I was too skinny it brought my self-esteem lower. I mean it wasn't my fault I couldn't gain weight; if you know me, you know I eat A LOT. These past few months I started working out and I started gaining weight, I did this for myself, so I would feel better about myself. Even thought I'm okay with the way I look, confidence is something I lack on. Hopefully one day both my self-esteem and confidence will be at a reasonable state, and I can say "I love the way I look."
Happiness: "life is to short to be anything but happy" -Unknown
Last but not least, happiness. I can say I'm genuinely happy. Through the ups and down I can still manage to stay positive and smile. "Everything will be okay in the end. If its not okay, it's not the end" -John Lennon. It's true, you have to give your wounds some healing time. Until then, don't lose hope in yourself or those around you, because that won't get you any closer to healing. I've learned that in order to be happy you have to see the better things in life and forget about the bad. Laugh as much as you can and enjoy it with the people you love.

Escape

Listening to the roaring running river Calms me
Tall mountains that seem impossible to Climb
The feeling is like watching the sunrise After twelve hours of darkness

I wonder if the mountains, trees, and Clouds see how beautiful they are in the Reflection of the water
My problems fade with the cold mist
This is a place where one can think, forget, and find true piece within

Be Yourself

We are disconnected from the outside world and everyone around us, yet connected by the internet. This is a big deal for our generation because we are losing the ability to socialize. A lot of people turn to the internet because they can become the person they want to be. In real life they are probably not popular or don't have friends, but online they are very popular and have over 2,000 friends. How does that even happen? Sometimes people say little white lies or even big lies just to impress who they are talking to. I say we shouldn't have to lie to each other and we should just be ourselves. Being myself and showing people the real me has gotten me pretty far in life. So, my advice to you is don't pretend to be someone your not to get someone to like you because then they won't like "you" they will like the "you" that you claim to be.

Introducing Me

I’m not much of a blogger, but here goes nothing. I can be shy but I can also be outgoing. I’m a very friendly person and easy to talk to. I can honestly say I’m unique because of the way I treat others and the way I look at the world. I don’t care what others think about me because I know who I am and your opinion doesn’t matter.
